Our Quality Assurance Department is staffed with over 30 years experience. We are ISO 9002 compliant and are evaluating certification. Our new quality standard will enhance the current MIL-I-45208A system we have used as our guide over the years. We also have freight information available via our website, or if you require digital photos we can provide this service via e-mail, as part of our ongoing customer service.

We can ship almost anywhere within 24-48 hours in emergency or AOG situations.

We have no minimums to meet. All products are shipped with Test Reports and Certificates of Conformance at no charge. Most material can be shipped within 7-10 days ARO, unless otherwise specified. If you require specific packaging and/or documentation instructions, please let us know and we will be happy to assist you in your requirements.
